I'm a member of a community

Your subscription belongs to that community and its owner, not to Vendrova. We can't see your Discord, change your plan, issue refunds or cancel on their behalf — only they can.

  • Reply to your welcome email. Replies go straight to the community owner's inbox.
  • To cancel, use the Cancellation link at the bottom of that same email.
  • Lost your Discord role? Relink your Discord and it's restored automatically if your subscription is active.
  • Can't find the email? Message the owner or a moderator in the community's Discord server.
Messages about a community's subscriptions sent to Vendrova can't be actioned and will be forwarded back to that community.
